This week we bring back Friday Links Roundup, with a quick batch of updates by category:

In Large-Scale Development: The MTA’s deal with Tishman Speyer fell through (twice), and the MTA is now turning to other potential developers for the massive Hudson Yards development project.  Over at the Atlantic Yards, luxury skyboxes went on sale, even though financing for the arena still has not been secured.

In historic preservation: After much community outcry, NYU has decided not to demolish the Provincetown Playhouse. Also in the Village, after the Landmarks Commission shot down its original expansion plan, St. Vincent’s hospital has filed a hardship application.

In sustainability: Although national Bike-to-Work day was a bit rainy in NYC today, NY Times’ City Room blog has a fun Bike Month feature, in which DOT Bicycle Program Coordinator Joshua Benson answers readers’ cycling questions.

Side note: Thanks to everyone who attended our “Creating the City We All Want: A Roadmap” forum series, which wrapped up this week.  We hope you found it informational, enjoyable, and inspirational!
